Hardware - ToughNut:

Step 1     Thread first Toughnut into place until finger tight.
Step 2     Thread second Toughnut upside down over first Toughnut leaving 1/8" gap between.
                 Insert Wrench between Toughnut as shown and tighten.
Step 3     Back off top Toughnut leaving only bottom Toughnut in place.
